The Constantinople prayer rope has 100 knots and is made of black 4-ply wool. It has a set of antique gold metallic beads that are in Byzantine design on either side of a faceted red glass bead that is placed every 25 knots. The tassel has a touch of red strands in the center, and there are gold metallic accents in the cross.
